Stroller Brigade for Children's Health!
You can help Give Kids Good Schools by ensuring that children are not forgotten in the current health care debate.ﾠ The Children's Defense Fund is bringing people together to demand that Congress leaves no child behind in health care reform.
You can join children, parents, grandparents and champions for children in a "stroll" to the Nation's Capitol on November 4. These Give Kids Good Schools advocates will march on Capitol Hill to remind legislators that our children deserve an affordable and effective health care system too!
If you can't come to Washington DC, you can join stroller brigades in cities across the country November 5 through 8. ﾠSo far, stroller brigades are being planned for Arkansas, California, Florida, Louisiana, Montana, New York, North Dakota, Ohio and Texas. Other states may be added.ﾠ If you're unable to make it to any of the stroller brigades, you can also participate in the Virtual Stroller Brigade!ﾠ You can contact your member of Congress, share your story, and spread the word to family and friends.
